Terms of Service and Sale

These terms govern access to AppShotter and the sale of related subscriptions. At this stage, the service is intended exclusively for business users (B2B).
1. Access to the service
You represent that you use the service in a professional capacity and are authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for account security and credential usage. Access may be suspended in case of abuse or non-compliant use.
2. Subscription, pricing and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing cycle: €19.00 per month (monthly plan) or €91.20 per year (annual plan), with secure payment through Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR, excluding tax unless stated otherwise, and the applicable total is shown before payment.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Unless canceled by the user, subscriptions renew automatically at term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
4. Withdrawal and refunds
As the service is currently offered only to business users (B2B), statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. Except where required by mandatory law, billed periods are non-refundable.
5. Permitted use
You must own or hold all required rights for imported content (images, text, trademarks) and generated translations.
6. Liability
AppShotter is provided "as is" as software tooling. Final App Store / Google Play compliance validation remains your responsibility.

For any complaint, please contact hello@appshotter.io first so we can seek an amicable resolution.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, competent courts in the Marseille jurisdiction shall apply, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
